Eligibility
- Return or exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Applicable only for orders within Bangladesh.
- Customised orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order number.

- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- A return shipping charge of 100 Tk for small items & 300 Tk for Rugs will apply. This can be deducted from your refund or paid in advance.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as per your preference.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method if paid by card or bKash. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, bKash, or store credit—based on your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
